At Benchmark we also specialize in providing CAD and data preparation services for companies and universities requiring conventional photomask and reticle fabrication services. We provide a turnkey service leveraging our extensive knowledge of photomask manufacturing equipment and processes. Many of our commercial customers choose to outsource all or part of this activity to Benchmark as part of their operating model rather than staff this internally. Our university clients also enjoy the advantage of having our experts review their inputs to help them avoid potentially costly errors.

Our expertise in CAD design and photomask manufacturing and understanding of processing technology has also led to the development of mask products that provide technical advantages for users. One example is our GaAs Mask™ technology that offers the user a significant improvement is print resolution for isolated trenches. Another example is our GrayPix™ technology which allows users create desired resist profiles through the use of our digital grayscale design methodology. A third example is our E-Reticle™ product, which enables our customers to assess their manufacturing environment for electro-static condition that may damage costly production reticles.
